Preforming

Preforming is a specific method of edge processing, in which the surface material is formed and curved around the edge instead of just gluing an edge on the panel. This method can be used on two opposite edges of a part of the furniture and provides the advantage of a non-visible joint between the surface and the edge.

Through the specifically developed Diamond Cut 22-edge, it is possible to enhance the value of laminated panels (MDF, chipboards, plywood, …) in a simple and effective way.
This method can be applied for nearly every laminated surface, whereby there is a big range of different decors and colors to choose from.
Beside the field of application as furniture front, the Diamond Cut 22-edge is also usable for tables – either on the upside to spare the arms on the table, or on the downside to let the tabletop appear thinner and lighter.
